My brother and I had the pleasure of working with Brennan Harms throughout a difficult process of selling properties after probate had finished, which was extended due to COVID-19 shutdowns. Everyone involved was on edge and emotions ran high on top of the fact that we live out of state and could not be onsite for anything. Brennan Harms did an amazing job. Despite the distance and the emotions, Brennan kept my brother and I in the loop. He was there for every call or call back and always answered our questions in a timely manner. When issues arose, he was on top of it and had solutions for us to consider.
